I started with Blake a little over one year ago. I had a two year old, had been through many rounds of IVF over a period of ten years and was extremely unmotivated and unfit.
The early morning time spot suited me perfectly, as I could do my workout and get home before anyone in the house was even out of bed!
Once I started, I loved it. The friendly environment of the group classes was exactly what I needed, with someone always giving advice or a friendly push along!!
I had bad knees, after years of playing Netball, but working with Blake and also Dan  (the massage man), I was able to strengthen the area that was a problem.
The classes are never the same, and the variety keeps it fun and interesting!!
The other trainers at 3b'z are also great, and Boxing of a Wednesday with Beci just breaks the week up a bit.
I still love the group classes, and am still motivated to go to most morning group classes.
Cannot recommend Blake and 3b'z fitness highly enough.
