40 sec work on each exercise in the pod rotating through for 4 complete rounds. Can complete individually or in 2-3 people per POD.
Pod 1 - Skipping, KB Swings, V-Ups
Pod 2 - Burpees, SDHP, Bicycle Crunches
Pod 3 - Rower, DB Thrusters, Russian Twists
Pod 4 - Assault Bike, Deadball over Shoulder, HKR
