Blake has a Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Cert plus a Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness, he is also a Level 1 Sports Trainer, Master Functional Trainer and Punchfit Level 1 Trainer.

With over 6 years in the industry and 10+ years playing individual or team based sport Blake is the perfect trainer for anyone looking for Sport Specific Training.

Andrew Somers - Somers Training

Andrew is a Cert 3&4 in Fitness qualified trainer who target clients are the elderly and anyone wanting to incorporate strength training into there program.

He loves Squat, Bench and Deadlifts and his favourite cheat meal is homemade pancakes with nutella and strawberries.

Jackson is a Cert 3&4 in Fitness trainer whose ideal clients are the young-middle aged male wanting to get fitter and stronger. He loves circuit training, strength training and working on his six pack, his favourite cheat meal is a Meat lovers Pizza.
